WatchHouse is a London-born coffee brand built on its “Modern Coffee” philosophy—pairing exceptional, ethically sourced coffee with beautifully designed spaces. With houses across the UK, it blends craftsmanship, community, and a premium lifestyle aesthetic.
As Lead Designer, I completely redesigned WatchHouse’s website, transforming it into a premium and distinctive digital experience. The new site not only showcases the elegant WatchHouse brand but also tells the story behind WatchHouse, its “Modern Coffee” ethos, and their origin.
A key focus of the redesign was making it easy for customers to explore and compare coffees, find options suited to their tastes, and discover new blends. The site was structured to guide users toward subscriptions, encouraging repeat purchases and building long-term customer relationships. This balance of usability and commercial strategy ensured the digital experience not only reflected the brand but also supported sustainable growth.
The design brings to life the atmosphere of WatchHouse’s beautiful coffee shops across London and the UK, blending brand storytelling with seamless eCommerce functionality. A focus on premium visuals, curated layouts, and intuitive navigation ensures the site reflects the brand’s elevated identity while delivering a smooth and engaging user journey.
